When things “go wrong” prior to the wedding

Somethings always “goes wrong” during a wedding and sometimes even before the actual wedding day. These are just some of the things that add to the stress of planning a wedding. The good thing is there are at least three people (not including your fiance) you can call to help make things better.

1. Wedding Coordinator

Whether it is a dedicated coordinator or one that comes with the venue, your wedding coordinator can help with most anything that arises before and during the wedding. Their job is to make your wedding go as smoothly as possible and they have a magnitude of resources at their disposal to help out if need be.

2. Wedding Photographer

Being part of the wedding industry, your wedding photographer probably knows a whole host of vendors like the Wedding Coordinator does. If you need a last minute make-up artist, DJ, or most any other service, your wedding photographer probably knows someone to call. They can also be a sounding board when you just need to vent or have a question.

3. Best Friend

Your best friend has always been by your side and has probably helped you through tough times before. That is one of the many reasons they are your best friend. Use them to vent, help out, or just get your mind off of the wedding planning for a moment to help reduce your stress level.

After all, being engaged is one of the great parts of getting married. So be sure to enjoy it as much as possible during the wedding planning process and use your friends and vendors to help answer questions and reduce some of the stressful parts before you get to your big day!
